Hello, Dear Reader! I'm not a lawyer, I'm just an author, and I'm doing all this on my own, but I'll do my best to give you as much info as I can here in the most professional, long-winded way I know how. Can't promise I won't swear though, because this legalese stuff is minotaur-you-know-what.
My intention is to provide for you, the reader/customer, the best product that I can in a timely manner. My books are, however, far from perfect re: the text. I make typos and other dumb mistakes, so please be aware you're not getting books that were reviewed by an entire host of editors at one of the big five publishers. I also have no control over the printing process of the physical books or the additional prints, stickers, or other merchandise. However, I endevor to never send anything to you that is damaged. If you do receive something damaged, please reach out to me via the contact form on this site.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
I love fast shipping as much as you, but please know that I am stuffing these boxes and driving them down to my local post office all on my lonesome which means I can't ship on Sundays or US federal holidays, and I might not be able to ship your order out right away. My intention is to ship within 48 business hours if possible.
My primary shipping method is the United States Postal Service. According to the USPS, once they have your package, you should receive it within about 5 business days, so when you order from me, expect to see your box within about 7 business days (but hopefully sooner!)
Currently, I only ship to the US.
The shipping cost is included in the price of whatever product you purchase. Your location changes this cost, but I absorb any overages (hence why I'm limited to the US for now.)
If I have any shipping blackout dates, they'll be posted as an announcement on my shop.
If something is out of stock, I'm probably waiting to receive more prints from somewhere, so please check back in with me or check my socials for shop updates :)
PAYMENTS:
Sales tax will be charged if it is applicable, and shipping is included in the sales price unless otherwise noted.
Your payment data is stored only by the platform you use to pay (Stripe or Paypal for example). I don't want this information, and I won't do anything with it (and you can't make me!)
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Since I'm a small business (like, it's just me unless you count the cat which I don't but he does), I do not accept returns. However, please contact me using the contact form here if there is any problem with your order. My goal is to bring readers joy, and if the package you've purchased from me is not joyful, I will do what I can to make things right!
Also, feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns otherwise! I love to hear from you guys, and I do my best to get back to everyone as soon as I can (social anxiety permitting).
